How you will make contributions that matter...
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position is an active participant in the Vaughan Distribution Centre team and will provide reliable support for the group and be responsible for a range of administrative duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process, prepare, and input invoices for payment, track expenditures;
- Process manifests and record internal and external shipments;
- Support period end process and reconciliation including inventory count;
- Research and process variances from inventory;
- Ensure all data entry is completed at the end of each day;
- Telephone communication with customers/sales/production plants/administration;
- Supports and maintains Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P.'s quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional, timely manner;
- Customer files maintenance;
- Maintain warehouse filing system;
- Other duties as required.
- Post-Secondary training in General Business/Administration/Accounting; related experience would be a suitable alternative;
- Minimum 5 years' office experience;
- Advanced business software skills (Excel, Word);
- A solid and effective team player;
- Proven commitment to continuous improvement;
- Strong organization and analytical skills;
- High level of selfmotivation and initiative;
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure;
- Proficiency and dependability in current position.
