Job Summary:

Duties:

Assist with construction projects including demo, framing, drywall, trim work
Perform general labour tasks such as lifting heavy materials, cleaning work areas, and organizing tools
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule

Experience:

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus
Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Skills:

Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labour tasks
Ability to operate machinery and tools safely
Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
