Voilà is a new team dedicated to launching and scaling Sobeys new e-commerce grocery home delivery business. This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up within a larger organization.

You will help launch and operate a new brand in the Alberta, Ontario and Quebec markets powered by Ocado Group's world-leading e-commerce grocery platform.

Here's where you'll be focusing:

Operations maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient flow of completed orders
Replenishment ensure accurate inventory levels at all times and provide relative reporting to enable accurate product ordering
Maintenance identify building/equipment maintenance issues
Safety report any safety hazards or inappropriate behavior that could result in damage, loss, injury
Loss prevention identifying product problems or theft

CSAT ensuring optimum quality and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction

What you have to offer:

Capable of working in multiple degrees of temperature zones, protective clothing for low temperatures will be provided
Use of RF/onscreen devices
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
High visibility vest
Foot protection (CSA approved)
