Operations Advisor


Sushi Shop, forerunner of the sushi market, is looking for a passionate individual looking to be part of an experienced and creative team.

The supervisor will be assigned to a defined location district to ensure compliance of operations and customer service. The supervisor is the main contact between the franchisees and the head office. Communication, your analytical skills and decision-making will be fully valued in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business consultant for Franchisees;
  • Prioritize store performance issues to make certain that the issues most directly affecting profitability are addressed first;
  • Correcting the lapses in compliance with corporate policies and health policies, with a punctual followup system;
  • Organize franchisee meetings;
  • Reporting to the Operations Director on a regular basis on current status of operations responsibilities and performances and have a monthly report prepared.

Position requirements

  • Have a college diploma in food service and restaurant management or a related discipline;
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position;
  • Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, creativity, and a good sense of organization;
  • Have leadership;
  • Proven sense of customer service;
  • Good interpersonal communication skills;
  • Good work ethic;
  • Demonstrate rigor;
  • Own a car and be flexible;
