Here's what we need:


  • We're looking for talented General Managers who are committed to providing the bestinclass member and team member experience. Our leaders are selfmotivated, thrive in highenergy and highvolume environments.

Here's what you'll be doing:


  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members
  • Manage team member performance standards, with ongoing development, training, and coaching
  • Impact member retention and deliver the "Wow Member Experience"
  • Scheduling and labor management
  • Member service resolution with pace and empathy
  • Resolving or escalating employee issues or concerns
  • Lead generation and outreach efforts to impact new member sales
  • New member acquisition and member integration into all services and programs offered
  • Team member goal setting, development plans, and staff meetings
  • Involvement and supervision in all front desk activities.
  • Maintain a crisp, clean facility through compliance with Daily Cleaning Checklist and facility/equipment work order oversight
  • Ensure consistent compliance with all Crunch policies, procedures, and service standards

Skills, Education, Experience:


  • 2+ years of serviceoriented assistant management experience
  • Business management degree or equivalent proven experience
  • Experience with supervising and developing employees

Physical Demands:


This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.
