about this team

This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest experience for International, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Ecommerce.

a day in the life:
what you'll do

Create and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for new features related to Account and Profile as part of the lululemon ecommerce experience
Attend, participate and lead scrum ceremonies and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders
Make datainformed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting and emerging trends
Measure and report out on the success of features and enhancements that are delivered
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to iterate solutions in order to find the perfect balance of customer & business value and level of effort

qualifications

Minimum BA / BS degree from a fouryear accredited university (advanced degree preferred)
Experience with digital technologies, ecommerce, and products related to membership, loyalty, or account management
Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and crossfunctional relationship skills)
Experience leading product teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations and direct and indirect reporting relationships.
