This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest experience for International, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Ecommerce.
a day in the life:
what you'll do
- Create and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for new features related to Account and Profile as part of the lululemon ecommerce experience
- Attend, participate and lead scrum ceremonies and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders
- Make datainformed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting and emerging trends
- Measure and report out on the success of features and enhancements that are delivered
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to iterate solutions in order to find the perfect balance of customer & business value and level of effort
- Minimum BA / BS degree from a fouryear accredited university (advanced degree preferred)
- Experience with digital technologies, ecommerce, and products related to membership, loyalty, or account management
- Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and crossfunctional relationship skills)
- Experience leading product teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations and direct and indirect reporting relationships.
