As a Project Development Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of various projects while partnering with other teams and vendors.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

Join our collaborative team as a Project Development Administrator

What you will do:

Support Store Design Leadership, and Program and Product Managers on the deployment of projects and resolve any risks.
Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and thirdparty labor teams on projects.
Work closely with business owners, Program Managers, Store Design Director, and other stakeholders throughout the project to communicate projects updates and statuses.
Create and maintain accurate documentation of the project. Work with a management tool for project submissions and to help provide guidance for users.
Assist in project planning, process creation, and deficiency coordination.
Work with the Senior Manager on tracking projects and status updates to leadership and wider team

What we are looking for:

Experience with MS Suite
Previous experience working in retail preferred.
Working through or recently graduated school in a business, marketing, or project management program
