What You'll Be Working On:


Customer Lifecycle and Retention (40%)

  • Identifying growth opportunities as well as enhancing the customer experience through effective personalisation and targeting
  • Drive customer retention and cohort strategy to increase customer lifetime value, repurchase rates and our active customer base

Customer Acquisition (40%)

  • Own our paid media strategy on Meta
  • Work with Creative to develop winning concepts by building briefs, gathering customer insights and sharing learnings
  • Building experimentation documents and running tests to uncover new opportunities within our paid channels
  • Report on and analyze campaigns, audiences and ad data to discover areas for improvement and optimization
  • Transferring learnings from existing Paid channels to potential new channel tests

Reporting & Analysis (20%)

  • Report on growth campaign performance, developing ongoing analysis & customer insights and regularly share successes and learnings to decrease CAC across all channels
  • Ensure customer data alignment across touchpoints to maintain highest data integrity

Additional Requirements:


  • 2+ years experience managing 7figure Facebook Advertising accounts in consumer good sector
  • Experience working across various digital marketing channels, paid and organic
  • Strong understanding of growth frameworks and funnels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • High affinity for data and proficiency with Excel
