B Town Services and Collision is a business located in GTA providing range of services including Automobile's tinting & Detailing, Ceramic Coating, Tire Change & Rim Dipping, Paint Protection Film and Many More. We are looking for a
Bookkeeper to join our team.

Position responsibilities:

Preparing and keeping financial records through data collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
Establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping system.
Posting general entries and maintaining general ledger and reconciling accounts.
Completing and submitting government documents, such as, tax remittance forms, worker's compensation forms, pension contribution forms.
Preparing tax returns and performing other services related to invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
Preparing other financial and accounting reports.
Performing payroll activities by calculating and preparing cheques for payrolls in a timely manner.
Keeping track and preparing cheques for utility, tax, and other bills.

Employment requirements:
Diploma in related field is required.

1 month to 7 months work experience in related field is required.

Wages:
CAD 27.50 to CAD 28.00 per hour for hours work per week

Other benefits: 4% vacation pay
