Duties and Responsibilities:

Compile and Maintain records in the warehouse management system of type and quantity of products, materials, equipment, merchandise and supplies stored at the facility
Process receipts in the Warehouse management System
Complete QA receipt handling and sampling document
Generate inventory stock reports
Perform cycle counts. Verify system data with physical count stock. Identify discrepancies, errors, investigate and report reasons for variances
Release orders in Warehouse Management System for Warehouse personnel to prepare
Liaise with carriers for pickup and delivery scheduling
Sign in/out carrier drivers
Process and assembly courier sample orders
Generate order paperwork and bills of lading from warehouse management system
Process returns and damages
Participate in corporate safety groups
Work closely with facility manager, supervisors and warehouse personnel
Allocate/process inventory transactions in support of copack/repack operations
Sort and maintain files of hard copies of receipt, shipment and product paperwork
Complete system weekly and monthly invoicing reports
Generate warehouse productivity reporting for review with facility manager
The CSR role is not limited to the above and additional responsibilities may be added

Qualifications:

Must have prior experience working in a Warehousing 3PL environment. Strong organizational and computer database management skills and strong ability to communicate well with others with a positive attitude.

Experience:

- warehouse/logistics industry: 2 years (preferred)
- strong computer/database: 2 years (preferred)
- customer account service in logistics: 2 years (preferred)
