Description

As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by warmly greeting them, escorting them to their tables, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm smile and welcoming attitude
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
  • Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or restaurant
  • Manage the waitlist efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
  • Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and managers to ensure smooth service
  • Assist with seating arrangements for large parties
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
