    Description

    Brandt is looking for a Parts Person to join our team at the Winnipeg, MB Construction & Forestry location.

    This role involves assisting customers in finding necessary parts, offering pricing details, and processing online parts orders.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Effective problem-solving skills
    • Handling unloading, receiving, and storing of incoming parts and materials in the warehouse and yard
    • Locating and shipping parts and materials to customers and other branches
    • Supporting branch service technicians when needed
    • Placing orders for inventory stock
    • Conducting inventory and bin adjustments
    • Thoroughly documenting and reporting all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock details
    • Utilizing parts and warehousing equipment along with computer systems

    Required Skills

    • Ability to meet the physical demands of the parts/warehousing industry
    • Outstanding customer service abilities, both in-person and over the phone
    • Capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds

    Required Experience

    • Prior experience in the parts sector is advantageous
    • Strong foundation of knowledge and skills in parts/warehousing
    • Possession of a Journeyperson Certification is a bonus
    • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the parts/warehousing field
    • Excellent customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone
    • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
