As Digital Workflow Consultant, your main responsibilities will be creating and maintaining XMPie storefront(s), Xerox FreeFlow CORE Automated Workflows and device connections, Excel tables for SKU lists (SalesForce developer engagement and ownership of the custom XMPie SKU tool), XMPie Production Dashboard function, Support Ticket engagement when required.

There is an expectation to take an active role in ensuring automation flow grows end to end as channels are added in.

Reporting is dotted line to, and collaboration with the National Production Workflow Manager, driving future systems integration and capability. This role provides leadership, direction and coaching to hub associates regarding Workflow Automation and front-end submission activities.


Specifically, you will:


  • Manage online storefront(s) for submission to production facilities and other channels as added (submission/file upload and ecomm internal and external).
  • Responsible to add/build Variable and Omnichannel Digital Marketing Campaign capability)
  • Be responsible for setting up/maintaining additional storefront(s) as required
  • Creating/maintaining job ticket selections in the storefront
  • Creating and managing templates, products, and associated SKU's/SKU pricing pulls. Functions as SME for XMPie uStore and other Web2Print storefronts advanced product setup
  • Work with SalesForce developer when required
  • Setting up/maintaining workflow automation steps and connections to devices nationally
  • Coordinate and map workflows for multiple machines in the same or different facilities across Canada
  • Continually assess workflow efficiency and needs. Continually manage the required number of total functional workflows and communication triggers
  • Optimize print output for efficiencies and costeffective production
  • Lead sitewide maintenance and support for all sites across the platform, ensuring content is up to date, sites are functioning properly and identified content or programming issues are rectified in a timely fashion
  • Maintain development of live uStore/FFCORE environments and future web based submission tools
  • Develop test cases and troubleshoot site behavior on platform systems when required
  • Act as liaison with Production Workflow Manager and key internal personnel to develop solutions for emerging challenges
  • Identify and evaluate obstacles and systems conflicts to provide recommendations and ultimately implement workable solutions
  • Supports a work environment that fosters teamwork and individual skills development

Some of what you need:


  • College/Technical school Diploma or equivalent experience in related field(s)
  • Relevant Professional Certifications or Accreditations
  • 5+ years in ecommerce development with expertise in digital storefronts
  • 5+ years in production print process/workflow/automation
  • Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acro
