Employee Expense Specialist Intern:

About the team:

What you will do:

Review employee expense claims ensuring compliance with Kinaxis Policies and internal controls
Process and reconcile biweekly employee expense payments
Communicate with employees and assist in resolving questions regarding expenses
May perform additional tasks upon request

What We Are Looking For:

Accounts Payable experience
Familiarity with the use of accounting systems, such as NetSuite
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,)
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills

Employee expense audit review experience
Concur experience
Technically savvy with the ability to learn quickly
Related previous work experience
