About the role
We're looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join our growing property team

What you'll do here:

Analysis of complex customer files, including thorough fact finding using all available resources and information from various business units.
Relied upon to make sound decisions with respect to customer files while remaining compliant to company guidelines and policies.
Support of internal and external clients by providing technical advice based on expertise.
Managing Social Media inquiries.
Participate in special projects based on need.
Prepare studies or briefs for management, focusing on trends and areas of opportunity to prevent recurrences.
Regularly review adherence to business processes.
Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency within the team.

What you bring to the table:

Diploma in a related field, or equivalent work experience
CIP designation, an asset
At least two years of experience handling customers, preferably in a call center environment
Strong investigative skills and ability to think critically
Very strong understanding of underwriting rules and guidelines
Can offer the type of service required to diffuse situations
Tolerance for stress
Strong demonstration of adaptability and ability to multitask
Highly organized
Proactively seek solutions for customers
Proficiency in computer systems (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of claim systems is an asset (XAct Analysis, Audatex, Contact Claims, Contact 360)
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrates autonomy
