Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise janitorial operations within designated areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Train, mentor, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Coordinate scheduling, assignments, and workflow to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
Address any issues or concerns promptly, providing solutions and support to maintain customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
Ability and willingness to provide hands on janitorial services as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in janitorial or facilities management roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customerfocused approach to service delivery.
Proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products, with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between work sites.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet operational requirements.
