- greeting patients with a smile
- answering phones with professionalism
- faxing
- scanning
- maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- accurate filing
Qualifications and Skills:
- diploma in office administration, or equivalent experience
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- ability to deal pleasantly and effectively with a wide range of people of different ages and cultures
- ability to communicate appropriately both verbally and in writing
- experience with Practice Solutions is an asset
- competence with using technology
- demonstrated time management skills
