Job Brief
Grandview Consulting is seeking a dynamic, driven, fun, and friendly individual to join our team.

As the Executive Assistant, you perform more than administrative tasks; you are often the team's "right-hand person" who enables them to advance company initiatives and goals.

As the Executive Assistant, you must be a quick learner and have the ability to adapt to a changing, fast pace environment.


Core Responsibilities

  • Managing the day to day in our small office space including any administrative, filing, scheduling, housekeeping, organizing, restocking etc.
  • Attend all important meetings, take minutes and ensure action items are completed by those assigned
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of team
  • Manage the companies social media account and other marketing initatives
  • Assist the HR team with posting positions on indeed and other area
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the team
  • Coordinate arrangements for clients or executives such as travel or itineraries.
  • Maintain and keep meticulous records and documents for company executive(s)
  • Support the team as required

Executive Assistant Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is considered an asset.
  • Timemanagement skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle changing directions
  • Strong understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Google sheets
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Valid drivers license and access to vehicle.
  • Experience in seniors housing or multiresidential property management is considered a strong asset.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
