Role Description:
As an Account Support Officer, your day-to-day tasks will be dynamic and diverse. You'll work in a pooling system, handling account managers' request. Tasks can range from pulling loan statements, managing loan conversions, handling security registrations, and more.

The specific tasks will depend on the accounts you manage, and they can involve interactions with other organizations etc., managing payouts, and loan statements.

Your work will involve taking over accounts from the line, following checklists to ensure all necessary steps are taken. Each day is unique, filled with a variety of administrative tasks.

Delivers an exceptional customer experience for a defined portfolio of high risk borrowing accounts by supporting the management and administration of the accounts.

Ensures all reports, entries, monitoring systems and other requirements are executed and maintained timely and accurately. Ensures compliance with all Bank Policy & Procedures and standards. Advises stakeholders of risk related issues and escalates as required.

  • Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities.
  • Coordinates and schedules work, forecasts resource requirements, monitors work quality, trains staff, researches and resolves problems.
  • Prepares and executes service requests, transactions, queries, etc. within relevant service level agreements; ensures information systems are updated. e.g. payments, advances, transfer, fees, payouts.
  • Prepares, renews and monitors securities documentation for account / transaction requirements.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives.
  • Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Gathers and formats data into regular and adhoc reports, and dashboards.
  • Coordinates and executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones.
  • Completes complex & diverse tasks within given rules/limits and may include handling escalations from other employees.
  • Analyzes issues and determines next steps.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Typically between 3 years of relevant experience and postsecondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
