JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Perform and monitor dispatch duties; extensive time spent on the phone, scheduling employees, taking shortnotice service requests, responding to questions, and initiating appropriate responses to requests.
  • Support our clients by answering any questions with respect to their concerns.
  • Monitor digital TrackTik reports.
  • Monitoring safety checkins for all staff
  • Complete any other assignments as required.
  • CCTV monitoring
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask are required for this position.
  • Working independently in a demanding environment while maintaining a calm disposition
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute various reports both internally and externally
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic file systems and operational equipment inventories

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working independently in a demanding environment while maintaining a calm disposition
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work different shifts including days, afternoons and overnights when needed.
  • Must have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferable experience with Tracktik or similar systems).
  • Drivers License
  • Security Knowledge preferred
  • Must have dispatch and or scheduling experience.
  • Must be able to multitask with a variety of competing deadlines and respond appropriately under pressure with a calm and steady demeanor.
  • Must have well developed typing and office procedure skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Followup with and act as a liaison with various individuals, both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization with the highest level of customer service
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all company information, procedures, and investigations
