Summary:


Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the management of non-conformity deliveries and the implementation of various improvement projects to improve the quality and productivity of our deliveries to our customers and plants.


He will conduct analysis, propose improvements, and coordinate the implementation of plans to improve performance, quality, cost reduction and achieve budgetary targets in the logistics operations.


Key activities:


  • Manage nonconformity deliveries.
  • Create, maintain, communicate, and explain performance indicators, analysis, and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of change.
  • Standardize existing processes and participate in the design of new work processes and the implementation of new management processes and systems.
  • Coordinate projects, issue progress reports, maintain action plans, and project reports as required.
  • Develop internal/external relations to promote information exchange.
  • Support operations in establishing SOPs.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.

Education and experiences required:


  • Dec in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or other relevant programs.
  • 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company in a similar position.
  • Master MS Office Suite software (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Competencies:


  • French/English bilingualism oral and written (essential).
  • Ability to communicate and good interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
