You hold a valid BC security license:

1-2 years working in security:

Work with and respect the diverse residents of the building, supporting and guiding where needed.

Your nice to haves:

Non Violent Crisis Intervention training

OFA Level

Deescalation skills
Ability to work more than one site.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Foot patrols of residential building, interior and exterior.
Acess control of a residentila building.
Maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff, handling any crisis situations in a calm and controlled manner.
Offering first class customer service to the client and members of the public.
Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts.
Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports.
Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the Site Supervisor.
