    We're looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales efforts across our Canada team.

    On the Inside Sales team, our mission is to promote growth in local economies by building connections with businesses across the nation and promoting the DoorDash platform.

    Stationed locally, this team owns new business development by creating deep partnerships with the most coveted local and regional restaurants across Canada.

    We're looking for an Inside Sales Manager for our Strategic Team who focuses on bringing on the most valuable merchants onto the DoorDash platform.

    As an Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a team of senior or strategic level account executives who are experienced in bringing the best local merchants onto the DoorDash platform.

    You will also work cross-functionally with our strategy and operations and other teams to report up on sales metrics and innovate on our future approach.

    We expect this role to be flexible in terms of time spent remote and in-office with the ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration through trainings, offsites, team-building events, and other business related necessity.

    Mentor and lead all Inside Sales individual contributors utilizing both transactional and solution selling techniques
    Lead the overall sales direction to the team while managing up to the company leadership team about strategy and execution
    You have 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in inside sales role with a history of exceeding goals
    You have 3+ years of sales management experience
    You can navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Google Apps)

    Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

    For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
