Social Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for driven students to join the Marketing team at our Head Office for a paid, full-time, 12-week internship.

Get our brand seen and felt through the entire customer journey by creating and strengthening brand recognition.

Support our marketing channels with their daily tasks and special projects, from contests, to store openings, photoshoots, collaborations and special events.

As a GDI intern, you will be a contributing member of our team and will have the opportunity to fully participate in our business.

What you'll be doing...

Scheduling social media posts on Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest.
Researching social media trends
Must be able to shoot and edit video content for Tiktok and IG. (Knowledge of capcut or other editing tools is a requirement)
Community management: Engage with our online community
Reporting on weekly metrics and insights

To qualify for this role, you must...

Be currently enrolled in a university or college program in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
Experience and an understanding in social media marketing
A strong ability to multitask; Have a proven ability to juggle many projects at once with a sense of urgency
A selfstarter that works well with little supervision
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Ability to come up with creative social content concepts for TikTok and Instagram, including briefing
Ability to shoot and edit TikTok content with ease and efficiency
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 OR 3.3/4.
Bilingual FR/ENG
