What you will do:
_ Inventory Management_. Every mobility device we process is custom to our clients, as a result, we rely on our warehouse workers to play an integral role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will use Navision to track inventory movement. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels for key equipment, parts, and materials. You will coordinate with vendors to ensure stock levels remain consistent and orders are picked correctly.
_ Cycle Counts._ Weekly and annual counts are done to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity. You will work with Finance and Management to ensure that our inventory records are counted correctly.
_ Order Processing_. You liaise with the Service and Sales Coordinators to ensure accuracy of order details and ensure items are staged correctly for delivery.
_ Process Mobility Devices and Equipment_. You will act as the gatekeeper for all our inventory and physical assets stored in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, cleaning, and packing as items enter or exit the dock. You will store, organize, and manage our inventory. You will tag, price, store and organize all mobility devices, parts and tools within the warehouse. This may require assisting to build or clean mobility devices such as wheelchairs, elevating equipment and power scooters.
_ Engaged Team Member_. You will assist your team whenever needed. Whether that means interacting with a customer or helping other team members, you are ready, willing and able to move into the next task that needs your attention.
