Guest Services Associate

Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Guest Services Associate. If you are friendly, motivated with good customer's skills, we would like to hear from you.

Front Guest Services Associate will be required to provide guests with exceptional customer's services in person and over the phone.

You will assist guests with warm welcome and by providing information about the hotel, hotel amenities, local area information, answering any inquiries, handling guest requests and resolving issues.

Few of responsibilities:
Handle Front Desk day to day operations according to the guideline of Marriott.

Brand standards and operations procedures will be followed.

Make room reservation.

Handle cash, credit card & debit card.

Handle guest request.

Run audit reports on the system.

Ensure that all transactions and payments are posted and entered accurate

Qualification and Skill:
01 year customer services experience.

Ability to work with numbers.

Comfortable using computer i.e. Microsoft office

Available to work different shift

Available to work some night shift (11 pm - 7:00 am)

Able to work on weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

High School Graduate.

Status:
Must be resident of Canada - living in Canada and eligibility to work in Canada.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$16.50-$17.50 per hour
