About Coordinator, Utility Trailer Financing:


As part of the Utility Trailer Financial team, and reporting to the Assistant Vice President, you will have to collaborate with the sales, operations, legal and credit teams, as well as keeping in touch with our external partners (customers, suppliers, etc.) while ensuring high quality service to our various business partners.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate and execute the preparation of contract documentation, the information's integration in our IT systems and compliance verifications;
  • Act as liaison for account managers and ensure interdepartmental logistics related to the efficient running of sales activities;
  • Ensure initial validation of financing contracts in order to submit them for disbursement;
  • Communicate with our various partners (customers and suppliers) according to the program to which they belong (gold, silver or bronze) to support the Team Leader
  • Sales Support
  • Trailer Team;
  • Meet customers, brokers, account managers and sales team employees expectations, and take charge of problem resolution to ensure customer service meets company requirements;
  • Coordinate the execution of sales support activities to minimize the pending contracts;
  • Produce monthly performance reports linked to the information's quality received from suppliers in order to plan training and provide them with the support they need to improve their performance;
  • Collaborate with other team members to update departmental policies and procedures;
  • Support and answer questions from other sales coordinators;
  • Update and produce weekly reports;
  • Follow up and produce balances;
  • Share any ideas for continuous improvement within the department;
  • All other related tasks.

The profile we are looking for:

  • You have a diploma in administration, accounting or office automation (an asset)
  • You have relevant administrative experience
  • You are bilingual (English and French) so that you are able to serve our customers across Canada
  • You are detailoriented
  • You are recognized for your high level of autonomy
  • You are motivated by results and customer satisfaction
  • You master the MS Office suite, particularly Excel
