Administration / Temporary, 12 months / 80% remote / Toronto _

You are passionate about Insurance Administration and you are looking for a challenging career in the life insurance field? This opportunity might be for you

Under the supervision of the team leader, the technician will be responsible for the following tasks:

Sorting and distribution paper mail and policy output.
Indexation of incoming client/agent requests on Workflow.
Creating cashflow reports.
Handling of bank rejections.
Handling of policy billing transactions.
Settling of policies in order to activate them.
Day to day tasks as per the need of the team.

Qualifications

General college degree/diploma is required. 23 years of relevant industry experience will be preferred.
Experience in a Insurance Administration division or an MGA will be an asset.
Asset: Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written) per the frequent interaction with internal French

- and English-speaking colleagues or partners across Canada.

High organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of life insurance is preferred.
Good computer skills are required.
