Our practice is conveniently located in a beautiful heritage building at 34 Main St N in Downtown Markham.


Schedule:

Full-Time_

  • Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
- _*Hours will vary based on consultations and new patient appointments_

Responsibilities:


  • Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment
  • Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance
  • Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty

About You:


This position is ideal for someone who loves to help patients get excited about their optimal oral health by exceptional ability to present procedures and help patients understand the potential health consequences of declining treatment.

The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for all patients by going above and beyond to support them through the entire process You thrive on learning new technology and support new business development initiatives such as TMJ, Invisalign, and more.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office required
  • Experience working as a Dental Assistant is highly preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients
  • Knowledgeable in dental software; experience with Tracker PMS highly preferred
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Detail oriented

  • Monday to Friday

  • Markham, ON L3P 1X5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Treatment Coordination: 2 years (required)

  • Dental office: 2 years (required)
