Position Description


We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in accounting to provide comprehensive support to our executive team.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks while also leveraging their accounting expertise to assist with financial matters.

The Executive Assistant with an accounting background will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office and financial department.

Key Responsibilities:_


1.


Accounting and Financial Support:


  • Assist in managing financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Generate financial reports and summaries as requested by executives.

Administrative Support:


  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for executives.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and documents.
  • Coordinate and support special projects as assigned by the executive team.

Communication and Liaison:


  • Act as a liaison between executives, department heads, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external partners.
  • Prepare materials and briefings for meetings, ensuring executives are wellprepared.

Project Management:


  • Assist with the planning, execution, and followup of special projects.
  • Track project milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.

Qualifications_

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience in financial recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
