Key Responsibilities and Job Duties:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the business needs and create a project management plan that aligns with the strategic objectives
Coordinate and organize all internal resources to ensure punctual delivery of finalized projects within scope and budget
Develop, plan, and analyze the required resources and standards of the project
Conduct team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of team members while ensuring all subordinates are actively working towards established milestones
Monitor all phases of the project, expenditures, and implementing change where necessary
Provide detailed root analysis on deployment actions, successful or unsuccessful, as required

Key Competencies and Experience:

Must have 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a software development environment
Must have a strong technical background in endtoend software projects with strong SDLC methodologies experience
Knowledge and experience in Agile Processes and procedures (including SAFe framework, metrics, and in the implementation of Agile Release Train)
Background in information technology management
Certified SAFe Program Consultant, Certified SAFe Scrum Master (Scaled Agile) or SAFe Release Train Engineer considered an asset
Experience with Web Services, API, and Data Modelling
Experience managing in a telecom or software IT industry is considered a strong asset
Excellent time management and organizational skills, and experience providing guidance in these areas for others
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decisionmaking and supervising teams
Experience working in a highlevel fast paced IT environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
Bell Canada or other telecom experience is considered a strong asset
