A RECRUITMENT SHIFT-PSW NEEDED ON AN ONGOING CASUAL BASIS

Applicants must be:
Certified PSWs (Have a diploma) or Nursing Students who have completed at least one year

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Care for people and families during periods of illness or recovery.
Provide bedside and personal care to clients and help them move, bathe, groom, and get dressed and undressed.
Plan and prepare meals.
Spend time talking with your clients.
Continuously observe person(s) and their environments
Complete and maintain related records
Documentation includes communication books and progress notes.
Recent vulnerable sector check for employment
(NOT SCHOOL) within six month
Current
CPR and Standard First Aid Certificate from a WSIBapproved Vendor
A recent copy of a 2step TB test within one year
N95 mask fit certificate
COVID vaccination Certificate
All Immunization records 2step TB Test1, MMR, Tetanus, Hep B, Varicella, Flu Shot annually.

Up to $24.00 per hour

8 hour shift

Evening shift

Weekend availability

All Immunization history available and verified by a Dr. with stamp. MMR, Tetanus, Varicella, 2 step TB or Xray within a year, Hepatitis, DPT Vaccine, must be available.
Standard First Aid and CPR Required.
