Insurance Account Manager Support Role - Halifax, Canada - Huestis Insurance Group
Description
Responsibilities would include:
- Submitting New Business and policy changes via the insurer portals
- Updating client information
- Clear communication/follow up to account managers for missing information/coverages
- Reviewing data for completeness and accuracy
- Resolving discrepancies in client information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Responding to information requests from Account Managers and/or Team Leader
- Ensuring appropriate turnaround time based on provided Benchmarks
Qualifications:
- Must have a General Insurance License or be willing to obtain one within a specified time frame.
- Insurance Experience in Personal Lines would be an asset
- Possess strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Be goal oriented with a belief in quality customer service
- Great interpersonal & communication skills
- Be a fast learner with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- A positive and energetic attitude
- Possess strong problem solving skills and comfortable with technology
- Works well in a team environment
