Description

Responsibilities would include:


  • Submitting New Business and policy changes via the insurer portals
  • Updating client information
  • Clear communication/follow up to account managers for missing information/coverages
  • Reviewing data for completeness and accuracy
  • Resolving discrepancies in client information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Responding to information requests from Account Managers and/or Team Leader
  • Ensuring appropriate turnaround time based on provided Benchmarks

Qualifications:


  • Must have a General Insurance License or be willing to obtain one within a specified time frame.
  • Insurance Experience in Personal Lines would be an asset
  • Possess strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be goal oriented with a belief in quality customer service
  • Great interpersonal & communication skills
  • Be a fast learner with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • A positive and energetic attitude
  • Possess strong problem solving skills and comfortable with technology
  • Works well in a team environment
