A large part of this role is to ensure that we identify, attract and secure diverse talent for strategic positions to maintain our market-leading position and achieve our ambitious growth plans.-Further responsibilities include:

Work collaboratively with the TA team and leadership to identify strategic needs.
Identify target industries with transferable skills to source talent from.
Lead briefing sessions with hiring managers to fully understand role and person specifications, appropriate target companies, skills and behaviors required etc. Agree individual recruitment plans.
Build out talent networks across the industry, and adjacent sectors, and provide market insight and intelligence to the business.
Participate in update meetings on active searches, providing status reports and presentations where necessary.
Conduct initial shortlisting interviews; clearly positioning role requirements and opportunity whilst articulating our purpose and values.
Help to drive Mott MacDonald's EDI initiatives throughout recruitment processes.
Proven experience talent sourcing in a Corporate, complex, professional services environment, ideally from the A/E/C industry, with an emphasis on executive search and/or strategic recruitment.
Highly effective in developing and delivering sourcing strategies and creating talent pipelines.
Ability to work collaboratively yet autonomously and be a selfstarter.
Ability to work across multiple searches through project management and prioritization skills.
Social media savvy with complimentary ideas of how to best utilize platforms to drive talent attraction.
