RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular counts of inventory and materials.-
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the designated spreadsheet.-
- Data Entry:
- Utilize Google Sheets and/or Excel to input and manage data efficiently.-
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entries.-
- Organizational Skills:
- Arrange inventory and materials in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
- Keep the warehouse space tidy and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for counting and reconciling inventory.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
