Meltwich Food Co. located on Dalhousie street, Bywardmarket, Ottawa. We are looking to hire Full-time Food Service Supervisor
NOC B, TEER 2) for our fun and dynamic quick service restaurant specialized in Grilled Sandwiches, Burgers, and Gourmet Poutine and much more.

Job Duties include:

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
Establish methods to meet work schedules.
Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for preparation.
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.
Promotes great team work and readily assists with team needs throughout the shift.

Must be legally able to work in Canada. Smart Serve and Food Handlers Certificate is an asset.

Work Remotely
