Customer Service - Brampton, Canada - Mister Transmission
Description
Welcoming customers, discussing inquires either in person or on the phone- Explaining and presenting our service to our clients after vehicle is diagnosed by certified technicians
- Develop repair estimates using cost of materials, supplies and labour
- Preparing repair orders and invoicing using computer system
- Ordering parts and competitively shopping suppliers
- Collecting payments and handling cash management system
- Organizing and maintaining customer service area and customer vehicles
- Critical thinking, organization, time management and problemsolving skills to perform their job successfully
- Automotive knowledge an asset but not mandatory
- Sales and negotiation skills required
- Full training provided
STRONG ENGLISH SKILLS MANDATORY:

Salary $40,000 and up depending on skill and experience
