Course Description:
The general principles of Canadian income tax law.

The emphasis is on federal, personal and corporation tax with some reference to Quebec income tax law.-TQR: At a minimum, a first degree in law.

Several years of significant practice or professional experience, in the relevant area; Experience in teaching undergraduate law students in a bilingual settingThe University may, at its discretion, assign the person of choice to give this Course/Teaching.- Please note that this course will be allocated to a member using an exemption as per article of the MCLIU collective agreement.
