About the Role:
A successful individual may operate machinery, such as Double Mitre Saw, Chop Saw, Break Press, or other machinery to provide prepared material to our production assembly team.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate saws and other machinery while meeting production requirements
- Perform machine maintenance, such as lockout, blade replacement, etc.
- Upholding the standard of quality products by inspecting material
- Participate in inventory counts
- Assist other areas of production as needed
- Participate in plant initiatives to help us improve and remain competitive
Requirements:
- Safetyorientated
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Understanding of imperial measurement (inches)
- Able to work with fractions and decimals
- Experience in manufacturing is an asset, but not required
