Jack Carter Chevrolet is currently seeking a experienced Detailer Supervisor, The Detail Lead will supervise, coach, and motivate a team of up to 5 detailers.

JOB DUTY

Lead a Team of 36 detailers
Work alongside the team to clean and detail inside and outside of cars and trucks.
Create and implement effective scheduling to accommodate the business
Coordinate Scheduling of work completion within the department based on Customer Pickups and stock inventory requirements
Communicate effectively with Sales/Service team regarding vehicle status and condition
Ensure that all auto detailers and cleaners are implementing the proper use of cleaning products, equipment and machinery
Training new staff members in general detailing activities, including vacuuming, deepcleaning, deodorizing, polishing and ceramx.
Quality control and ensure that all vehicles detailed meet company standards and are to customer's satisfaction
Manage the inventory and ordering of chemicals
Other duties as assigned
