Are you seeking a fast-paced and challenging work environment? Imperial Coffee and Services is hiring a full-time on-site Beverage Concierge for the Greater Toronto area.

BASIC FUNCTION
The Beverage Concierge is responsible for cleaning, servicing, and replenishing supplies for a number of large downtown accounts. This is a customer-facing role and the concierge will deal directly with customers to provide assistance as needed.

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Mornings from 8:00am-12:00pm will be at one of our customer locations doing a daily replenishment of their beverage refrigerators.

The remainder of the day would be spent at other customer locations taking care of supply replenishment in coffee machines and kitchen areas.

This role requires attending the Imperial Coffee office one day per week to meet with manager and submit paperwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Professionally greet and interact with customers
Complete assigned cleaning, replenishment and service requirements efficiently
Communicate clearly with your manager, customer service and other team members
Practice proper safety procedures and use of company tools
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Must provide own transportation to downtown locations
Previous experience not necessary
Professional attitude and appearance
Must be organized and able to work independently
Must be hardworking and energetic with a focus on customer service
Must be able to lift 1020 pounds
Strong command of English for verbal and written communication with customers and inside team
