What will be your DAY-TO-DAY?

  • Quickly resolve functional and technical issues and report incidents to the appropriate chain of command

End users:
traders, sellers, auditors, middle office.

  • The automation of controls is an indicator for monitoring the proper functioning of contribution and negotiation tools and the associated reference documents
  • Liaise with teams in New York, Paris, Hong Kong
  • Understand the regulated environment and the constraints of customer activity
  • Perform postdeployment testing of new versions (quality assurance)
  • Process queries and adhoc queries of user search data
  • Respond to the user within a defined deadline depending on the seriousness of the problem, document and follow up (case study, problems, impact studies, action plan)
  • Technical research process using sources such as error logs and technical product documentation and identifying solutions to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
  • Comply with internal standards, IT standards and processes (ITIL)
  • Timely communication of production and project status to customer and IT management.
  • Effective oral and written communication with different audiences and at appropriate levels.
  • Collaboration with the development teams (NY / Paris) for the management of new versions
  • Collaboration with the global support team (Paris/Asia) to ensure quality support for end users
  • Effectively manage the customer relationship with the end user community

Profile

Skills and Qualifications:


Must Have:


  • SQL (SQL Server, Oracle...) for more than 2 years
  • 2+ years Unix, Linux and Windows server environment

Nice to have:


  • Programming knowledge
  • Languages: English/French

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related university degree

$55.00-$70.00 per hour
