As the Risk Analyst Intern in the Finance & Controlling Department, you can get on track and aim high with Daimler Truck Financial.

The position of Risk Analyst Intern provides a wealth of professional skill development and we provide the technology and additional training for you to succeed.

The objective of this position is to provide support to the Controlling, Risk Management and Pricing departments.

We Take Care of Our Team

What You Drive at DTFS

  • Organize and create various internal and external reports on a timely basis using Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Support the Finance & Controlling department in measuring and monitoring the performance and profitability of products or initiatives
  • Assist with adhoc projects such as report automation.=
  • Assist with the creation and ongoing maintenance of training manuals for reports
  • Identify cost and efficiency opportunities, suggest and implement improvement recommendations accordingly
  • Report creation using tools such as IBM Cognos or MS Excel
  • Cross functionally work with various departments to create a collaborative environment
  • Be an ambassador to Daimler's inclusive and diverse culture initiatives
  • Respond to questions and inquiries immediately and process certain requests within the same day.
  • Work closely with the team to resolve problem transactions that need to be corrected
Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's/PhD Program from an accredited college/university in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Creative mindset
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Analytical skills

Schedule Type:
