Buono restaurante in town is seeking an experienced and innovative Italian head chef to lead our team at our brand new new location.

A passion and love for Mediterranean cuisine is a must


Responsibilities:

- being the manager of kitchen
- being in charge of making menu
- inventory control

  • Responsible for creating and implementing.
  • Executing performance reviews

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience leading a culinary team in a dynamic, fastpaced, high volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of leadership. What inspires a team to produce desirable results.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Cooking: 5 years (required)
