Job Description:


We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to fulfill the role of Part-Time Temporary Foreign Workers Support.

This position is essential for ensuring the well-being, comfort, and successful integration of our Mexican Temporary Foreign Workers (TFW) during their time with us.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular weekly checkins at the housing facilities of our TFWs to ensure their living conditions are comfortable, safe, tidy, and clean.
  • Providing necessary transportation to essential services such as grocery stores, walkin clinics, banks, Service Canada offices, and driving test centers.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the TFWs for any assistance or queries they may have.
  • Facilitating the TFWs' journey towards selfsustainability, including teaching them how to navigate local public transportation and access essential services on their own.
  • Managing any special situations that may arise, including accompanying TFWs to various appointments and essential services.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Spanish to effectively communicate with our TFWs.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
  • Willingness to use personal vehicle for transportation tasks (mileage reimbursement will be provided).
  • Flexible work hours to accommodate the varying needs of our TFWs (typically 510 hours per week, with potential for additional hours in special circumstances).

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a support role or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local services and resources that could benefit the TFWs.
