Job Summary:

How you will make an impact:

Provide leadership, guidance, and expertise on the implementation and the conversion of our HRIS and data systems while collaborating across multiple functions and partners.
Assist the development and maintenance of HRIS standards and controls to ensure data integrity and HRIS functionality by resolving problems and recommending solutions to meet requirements.
Define requirements and manage implementation streams of core HR Systems.
Manage and participate in useracceptance testing.
Design the reporting and analytical strategies.
Develop information to be included in presentations, reports, charts, and graphs.
Develop and deliver training, user guides, and facilitate communications to ensure enduser understanding of HRIS systems and processes.
Lead teams through system and process changes.

About you:

PMP certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years HRIS experience is required.
Experience with Kronos preferred including any experience with Ulti pro or Ultimate software.
Experience in the HCM/HRIS/ATS Talent management software space is a plus.
Training in Lean Six Sigma, or other problemsolving methodology is not required but is an asset.
Experience with Time and Attendance system such as UKG, Kronos, EPay or other.
Exceptional ability to listen to the voice of the customer (Operations).
Strong analytical mind with a sense of urgency and selfinitiative for growth and development.
Ability to manage confidential matters with discretion.
Solid experience in working as a technology implementation consultant/PM ideally in a SaaS environment with + 3 customers golives under your belt.
Demonstrated ability leading large, complex enterprise projects, particularly those involving a significant degree of change across the organization.
Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Teams, SmartSheet and Visio programs.
Travel as needed (less than 10%).
