Our employees must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner, using proper grammar. Being able to remain calm, cool and collected in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is a must
To ensure we are able to handle our customers' needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable and reliable.
Our representatives don't work late night shifts and have limited weekend hours.
The Requirements:
- Excellent written communication and keyboarding skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to complete a mandatory 6week paid training
- Two (2) years of customer service or contact center environment experience
Bilingual (spoken and written) in English and French

Remote (attached to the closest office to your location - Anjou, Longueuil, Brampton, Kitchener, Calgary, Edmonton or Sudbury)_
_The hours:
_ 7:30am - 4:00pm ; 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm (EST)
