We are currently looking for an Industrial Optimization Project Manager to join our team.

Thanks to your expertise in the manufacturing industry and your knowledge of ERP, you will participate in our major ERP migration and implementation project.

WHAT YOU WILL DO ON A DAILY BASIS:

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Industrial Optimization Project Manager will be responsible for various projects, including our ERP migration.

He/she will work with a multi-disciplinary team as part of his/her duties.

Although every day is different in this position and because you may be wondering what our future colleague will actually do, here is more information:

  • Plan, monitor and control all activities related to your sector's ERP project to ensure its effective deployment and implementation
  • Use various continuous improvement tools (KPI, agile method, etc.)
  • Manage various operational/production projects aimed at optimizing our processes
  • Collaborate with the production team in various projects, including the implementation of Warehouse Mobility, Factory Track and Pick Pack Ship
  • Be a team player and a leader by involving the different functions of the company in a multidisciplinary team to solve problems and issues
  • Ensure change management with the stakeholders impacted by its projects
  • Ensure adequate documentation of the project implementation and management stages
  • Ensure internal communication of the various projects in progress, including presentations to the management committee and the various teams
  • Provide leadership in the management of the projects for which you are responsible
  • Act as an internal advisor for project management on other teams
  • Participate in the documentation, training of stakeholders and implementation of business process improvements

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:


  • You have a Bachelor's degree in administration, operations management, engineering or other relevant training
  • You have a Lean Six Sigma belt (an asset)
  • You have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have experience in project management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaboration and team spirit
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Mobilizing leadership
  • Rigorous and organized
