Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience in an administration role in group insurance
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work closely on a oneonone basis, in a team environment, and independently as required
Open to feedback and able to adapt and generate effective solutions on situations/issues
Detail oriented and welldeveloped analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
Bilingual is an asset
