  • Researching new local clients for the retail leasing team and assist in the sales process with these prospects.
  • Preparation of internal and external research tasks relating to sales, traffic and competitive analyses.
  • Preparation of marketing material, leasing packages, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, lease summaries, and business cases.

_What your strengths are:

  • Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word with the ability to quickly adapt to other programs (Tableau, Salesforce)
  • Preparation of reports and materials to meet deadlines
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities
  • Selfstarter and highly motivated

_What you need to succeed:

  • Enrolled in an Undergraduate Degree in a Business or Real Estate Related Program
  • Proficient computer skills
